The page manager is divided into four central areas that make designing and customizing your pages easier:
The left sidebar: This provides intuitive navigation and enables quick access to various functions and options.
The display window: Here you can see a preview of your page while you make changes. This allows you to view your adjustments in real time and ensure that your page looks exactly the way you envision it.
The right sidebar: This provides additional tools and options for fine-tuning your page.
The top bar: Here you will find important functions and controls that allow you to save changes or publish your work. The top bar serves as a central anchor point for managing your pages and makes it easier to navigate and interact with the page manager.

The clear organization into these four areas gives the page manager a user-friendly and efficient working environment, enabling you to customize and optimize your pages quickly and easily.
Left Sidebar
Adding a New Module
In the left sidebar you can see the list of modules. There you can add a new module (using the "Add" button):

Modules and Settings
Using a toggle, you have the option to switch between the modules and the general settings:

The settings are described in more detail in the following article:
List of Added Modules
Modules in the left sidebar can be expanded (to see subordinate elements) and collapsed (by clicking on the arrow).

Modules can be moved by dragging. When the parent module is dragged over another module using the mouse, the child modules move along with the element together.
Right-clicking on one of the modules provides the following options:

Add New Module Above / Below
When you want to add a new module, the following window opens:

On the left side of the window, you will find a clear list of the currently available modules for your JobShop. Each module is accompanied by a brief description that gives you a quick overview of its functions and benefits. This clear structure allows you to quickly find the desired module and make your selection.
On the right side of the screen, you can see a variety of variations for the selected module. These variations show you different designs and layouts to choose from. By simply hovering over the templates with the mouse, an "Add template" button becomes visible:

With a single click, you can add the desired version of the module to your JobShop.
Rename Module
By simply clicking "Rename" (or double-clicking on the module name), you can customize the name of the selected module to your liking. This function allows you to adapt the name of the module to the content or function it represents. This way you can ensure that your page remains clear and user-friendly by using clear and meaningful labels:

Hide Module
By clicking "Hide", the module name is grayed out and the module is no longer displayed in the viewport. This function allows you to temporarily hide certain modules to improve the clarity of your page or to temporarily hide less important content.
If you later decide that you want to show the module again, you can simply right-click on it. Instead of "Hide", the option "Show" will then be displayed.

By selecting this option, the module is displayed again in the viewport, and the status in the left sidebar changes to "active".
This practical function allows you to flexibly control the visibility of modules and show or hide them as needed. This gives you full control over the content and appearance of your page and allows you to adapt it to your current needs at any time.
Delete Module
When clicking "Delete", a warning message is displayed alerting you that deleting the module is irreversible. This warning message provides you with an additional layer of security to prevent accidental deletions and ensure that you make your decision deliberately.

The warning message asks you: "Do you want to permanently delete this module?" To permanently remove the module, you can click "Yes". This confirms your intention and carries out the deletion.
If you want to keep the module and cancel the deletion, you can click "Cancel" instead. This stops the deletion process and the module remains unchanged.
Note: The following elements within a module cannot be deleted:

Right Sidebar
In the right sidebar, you have the option to configure the settings for the selected module that you have chosen in the left sidebar. These settings can apply to the entire module as well as to individual elements within the module.
By separating the modules in the left sidebar from their associated settings in the right sidebar, a clear structure is created that allows you to quickly navigate between different modules and customize their settings individually.
It is important to note that these settings differ from module to module. To provide you with detailed guidance, these settings are further explained in the respective articles for each module.
You can find them here: https://help.my-job-shop.com/de/support/solutions/folders/80000719004
There you will find all the necessary information and steps to optimally configure the settings and customize the module to your requirements.
Top Bar
By clicking on the "Logo", you will find a convenient shortcut that allows you to return to the talentsconnect home. This provides you with a comfortable way to navigate between different areas of the platform.
In the center of the bar, you can see the name of your JobShop and the name of the current page.
Preview
By clicking "Preview", you get a preview of your page. In this mode, the sidebars are hidden to give you a clear and uninterrupted view of your page. In addition, you will see buttons that allow you to switch between different devices. When you click on one of these buttons, you can change the device mode (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile) and immediately see how your page looks on different devices.

This feature is extremely useful as it allows you to ensure that your page works optimally and looks appealing on all devices. Through the simple and intuitive preview, you can identify potential issues and make adjustments to ensure that your page works flawlessly for all users.
