Number of chats
Number of chats that users have conducted via the add-on live chat module.
In many JobShops, the live chat module is activated for special occasions, e.g. for regular online consultation hours or digital events.
Benchmark
Depending on the use case of the chat module, there are different benchmarks, e.g.
- up to 10 chats per day for a daily use in JobShop
- up to 20 chats for a one-hour consultation 1x per month
- up to 100 chats per day for an internal digital onboarding event
- up to 200 chats per day at an external digital career event
