What is it about?

As a talentsconnect customer, you have already got to know our JobShop. Maybe you've also taken part in a master class on digital recruiting at the talentsconnect Academy. The more than 4,000 guests we have already welcomed to the Academy have shown us clearly: HR managers are looking for an exchange with like-minded people. That's why we founded the Direct to Talent (D2T) community on Slack. Slack is a team-based messenger. Companies mostly use this tool for internal communication. The D2T Community is the place for all recruiting managers who want to face the challenges of recruiting together - at eye level, in a lively exchange and through mutual inspiration!

The D2T community has been around since August and now consists of around 400 HR managers. Whether you are a recruiter, people manager or hiring manager - if you want to exchange ideas on recruiting topics and develop yourself further, this is the right place for you. It doesn't matter how many years of professional experience you have, you just need to be actively involved in recruiting.
