In the Job Performance Dashboard there is the option to filter all relevant key metrics (see Overall Performance) by jobs, job categories or job clusters. This allows you to view how individual jobs or individual job categories are performing.
The additional "Applicants Only" filter displays only the behaviour of users who have clicked on Apply. This allows you to compare the behaviour of applicants with the behaviour of all users and draw conclusions from this.
